Massilight is about taking pictures of Marseille (Massilia), mostly nightly looking for lights (hence the name) in dynamic contexts.
The biggest PhotoArt project of all times?
The entire project depicts the city of Marseilles in a very unusual view. It is like a slow motion movie of in and out crossings of the city.
The photos were taken around Christmas 2009, including early 2010. The project is like a tower of Babel, since it involves around 15000 pictures (yes). Some look great, others are dull, but the whole tells a story. Because these photos explore places that the inhabitants of Marseille and surroundings can identify.
The project is sold in the form of certified unique prints alone, under a 1+4 scheme described on the home page.
